Incels are guys that tend to be really ugly and have always been single, but blame it on everyone but themselves, especially good looking guys and girls. Even though they'd absolutely get with the same girls if they even had the chance.
Nice guys are guys that think they deserve to be in a relationship with a girl just because they have the normal human decency to treat them with kindness (ie: holding a door open for a girl, complimenting them on their clothes or makeup, etc.)
They're just super entitled and get angry when girls won't go out with them. They act all nice up until they ask a girl out and she denies them, and then they go berserk and call her every insult in the book.
