Friend of mine used to have this PC "game" that was full of super relaxing sounds and visuals.

You wore this weird headband and you had to clear your mind and make the little ball on screen float but the power of your brain.

Well that's really up to each individual so it's frankly impossible for us to say why you get asmr by playing the elder scrolls.
