Twitch did a oopsie
So as we all know that ninja moved to mixer, man it would be very bad if something bad happened on their platform, like i don't know recommending "very mature content" on ninjas deleted page.

Nice job twitch.

who even cares about some green haired weirdo playing that rubbish childs game.

With more than 500 million followers.

Being the world's most popular online streamer made close to $10 million (£7.9m) from playing video games in 2018. In which 70% of that comes from online live streaming the game "Fortnite" (originally on Twitch) and also uploading videos to Youtube, the rest made up via Sponsorship.

I personally believe a lot of people would care?

ps: My little cousin watches him... perhaps therefore saw the adult content... and while he probably doesn't personally care (or maybe cares too much), I know his parents who still assume he's a little innocent teen, would most likely be mad (considering that they blocked a lot of other websites on him).

thanks for summing up everything wrong with twitch and youtube in one post.

Meh.... big deal... it's only streaming site. What? Ninja didn't get enough publicity out of moving he still needs more drama to promote the move?

:steambored:
It’s nowhere near as simple as that. Something about porn being streamed on a channel targeted to kids seems scummy to me, but hey, snooze away.

Except that Twitch had a wall of Twitch streams up on Ninja's page... even Twitch doesn't have porn... don't believe everything you see on the internet.

It happened.

Twitch used the keyword 'Ninja' as there was still a huge amount of traffic flow, to recommend other twitch users streaming 'Fortnite Gaming'. Since anyone can stream whatever, someone started up streaming adult content on their one, which made it up to the #1 position before being banned for breaking ToS.

It actually stayed there for quite a while, most likely because teens didn't report it, rather just watched.

On the other note: Twitch has been lately bending it's own ToS rules for 'female' streamers, not banning them for worst rule breaking than some of the males on the platform being banned. So it could of been that the stream was a female adult model perhaps? Twitch was like umm erm, should we ban... perhaps we should just wait and watch a bit ourselves first.

Who cares! He's gone now, He sold out. I'm 100% sure he'll be wanting to go back after Microsofts promo ends.
Who cares? Twitch allowed for Ninja's old twitch page to essentially be a link to a porn stream, and most of Ninja's fans are kids. It's pretty messed up if you ask me.

The hatred towards famous streamers seem to blind many ppl here from the real issue. This world is messed up indeed

I don’t care about some mainstream streamer but if Ninja leaving Twitch would significantly hurt the service, I won’t really mind it because Twitch needs to get rid of their double standards and reevaluate on what channel needs to be banned or not.

Gotta love humanity. Humans have the tendency to irrationally hate something they don’t know nor understand.

I did not know "ninja" was someone's name until I read that URL.

LOL , "rubbish children's game".. and this said by a grown woman with a zootopia avatar :P
Dammit I was going to make fun of that post for the exact same reason, I gotta stop showing up late.

On topic though, Twitch really needs to stop being so damn petty about Ninja, it just keeps backfiring on them. They're practically begging people to move to Mixer.
