The Age of Empires series is pretty good, but ye, most RTS games have destructible buildings. Empire Earth if you played it when you were younger and you like longer games and nostalgia.

Men of War Assault Squad 2 has pretty good destruction.

Age of Empires III had really good destruction models for buildings.

There is a really sweet looking rts in the works with company of heroes style mechanics, buildings cover etc?

Its an alternative timeline where steam powered mechs are used alongside traditional militia and the art style is amazing too.
I am hoping for a Steam release soon!
