i need help with getting mods a textures on minecraft 1.14.4 ver and it wont let me get the modsset up

Download Java.
Download the latest non-experimental version of Forge
Create mods folder if you haven’t already.
Drag mods into mods folder.

Texture pack:
Download texture pack and extract.
Drag to resource pack folder.

hope u is ok mr hotsause i am i just playin euro truck sim 2 and i have a cool reshade mod :D made my game look too realistic now LOL

Textures are a thing that you can install at your own risk. They come in zipped files. I use Chroma Hills. Anything that was usable in Minecraft 13.1.1 will be basically usable in 14.4.4 so far. The mod I use is called Optifine. You can load shaders and resource packs (texturepacks) into the game a lot easier with it.
