Midway's Area 51 (It got released for free when Midway was going downhill and the Gamespy servers were being funded by the US Air Force through advertisements.) Since Gamespy is no longer a thing, you're going to need to find a patch online. Project Dreamland is a mod for it that removes that DRM, improves the awful FOV, and enables multiplayer.

Various people post examples for existing games - the own answer is "No".

The only area 51 game is the rail shooter arcade game area 51.

Remember to shoot all the windows and don't shoot the enemy. You need to unlock KRON Hunter mode.

People in Arma 3 have created an Area 51 simulation following recent events.

Pretty sure none of them are going to be completely accurate as no one other than employees and military have been inside, and they wouldn't map out a top secret facility. So it would be about as accurate as what you get using Google Maps.
