Something someone says when a joke goes over someone's head or when someone doesn't get a joke. The "whoosh" is the sound of the joke flying over the person's head.

It's frowned upon to say that a good chunk of the time even on Reddit. Avoid using it where ever you are.

It's also a great way to save face; to pretend they were just joking, when they get called out for posting something really, really dumb or inappropriate. Happens often.

I'll have to remember that for the many, many dumb and/or inappropriate jokes I post.
