Is it normal to cringe at Anime?

I don't like Anime but i like Cartoon tho. There's certain thing about Anime that i hate but i can't seem to point it out. I try giving it another but it failed. How can i improve this or i have to live with it?

There's some badass anime like Golgo 13, Ninja Scroll and Ghost in the shell but on the other hand there's the stuff with big eyed school girls screaming and creepy borderline porn crap.

The same goes for live action tv and movies.
Just find stuff you like.

I'm an anime fan and i cringe at some anime because i find some of them to be bad. Maybe you think anime is low quality entertainment, find a anime you like and the feelings will probably go away. So many people online hate anime, that probably has something to do with why you cringe at it.

Are they for some reason standing 20 feet from each other, screaming their ideals and intents and backstory at the top of their lungs in broken english like the fruitiest Wrestlmania ever? For like 20 freaking minutes every episode?

All entertainment is subjective. Some people like shows like Game of thrones and the walking dead but i don't see what all the fuss is about.

Do you like science fiction and action movies? There's tons of cool action and sci fi anime especially from the 80's and 90's.
I get that the internet stereotype of anime is crap like hentai and school girls with massive tits but the majority of it isn't like that at all.
