Wtf is scientology?

I have heard that its some stupid belief like the earth is flat but everywhere site I look at just talks about their crimes and not their beliefs.

^ These pretty much sum it up. The pay-2-win thing is legit, supposedly Tom Cruise is like 2nd in command of the church, and he's only under the guy that killed his wife (seriously, she hasn't been seen in public for like years). I heard one rumor that according to the church Tom Cruise, because of his status, has some kind of super powers. What they are, i have no idea.
