how to use emoticons ?
i got hare for emoticon . how to use it thought ?

at bottom when i press smile face it just shows the generic emoji . not emoticon .

keep in mind the majority of the emotes on steam are market controlled so you need to buy some which are really cheap :)

another way to earn emotes is complete badges for your games

That's a specific game emoticons. Either you craft the badge buy the market or trade other person for that emotes. :taffy:

It's worth mentioning that emoticons on Steam are marketable / tradable commodity.

There are the few default ones that appear, and the sale event ones [Lunar & Grand Prix] are neither marketable nor tradable.

OP, when you type at the forum box, click the smiling icon. you can choose to click the emoticon you want to use on the forum box.
