Just grab one of those online porn video games that heavily feature character customization. Worst thing that can happen is you overuse it so much that you become bored with the human form altogether and start fetishizing inanimate objects or random animals. In which case, there's plenty of online communities for that kind of thing, so at least you'll have company.

Ok there if that's an actual thing i'd probably play those if I could avoid nudity.

Koikatsu has a ton of character customization options, but it's a full-on h-game, so if you want to avoid nudity, then that's that.

my old dell vostro 410 has an q9550 with 8gb ram and a gtx 760 and can run the witcher 2 max settings.

also you could get more ram that'd help.

What kind of character customization are you looking for OP? I ask because two types actually exist, and people tend to just blend them together as the same thing. You have visual customization for the character's physical looks, and statistic customization where it's all about stats, skill trees, and gear.
