As in the way you would normally say "Care"? That's just weird and can't possibly be correct? You are adding extra letters which don't even exist.
Don't you mean: Kar-ah-mehl

ps: I think the UK/British is 'more' correct with language pronouncing and spelling. As for other places, such as America, they can't roll the letter 'u' and completely remove it from the language, plus a few other things. It's a more lazy and relaxed way to speak, but leads to some crazy pronouncing of words. For example: Jag-u-lar = Jag-wire.
