Why most fast food and restaurant do not have scrambled\fried eggs as food, and even if it does indeed have it, only for breakfast?

Idk about you guys but as a person with over 10 years of Chick-Fil-A Experience I can assure you that it's just an extra item we have to make and store on top of our other lunch items.

If we keep breakfast items on top of lunch then it will be a pain to make considering you have to keep making eggs, biscuits, sausage, mini bread, and breakfast chicken.
