Just Wondering if Console gaming can ever beat PC Games in comparison to the graphics. Below are few games on ultra setting 60 fps 4K.

Probably not any time soon.
Consoles need to be affordable so filling them with parts which will make them cost £800-1000 isn't going to happen.
Console games still look nice though, i have a PS4 and games like Yakuza 6, Horizon Zero Dawn and God Of War look really impressive. They don't hold a steady 60fps though which is something a good pc can handle.

Iv got gaming pcs and gaming laptop but I do primarily play on consoles. The x and pro might be dated hardware but results they produce are fantastic, especially for the price. My gaming times limited with work and family life and I just want to kick back and play games, not mess around with updates, drivers and game settings lol

The Playstation 2 and Gamecube were way ahead of what most PC games could do at the time.
Maybe not in framerate but in graphics quality.
But yeah that didn't last long.

Owning a console becomes less and less worth it. I remember when console games werent available on pc, but now days they share most games with pc, making it feel like sub par experience to play games.

But yeah consoles arent ever catching up to pc. Not unless people are ok paying at least 800 to 1k for them.

bit of a misconception there, you dont have to mess around with updates, drivers, and game settings every time you play. i've told windows 10 to stfu about updates, and it rarely updates, and only when shutting down, no problem, the consoles have to update too. once you set up your graphics card driver, you dont have to mess with it, as long as everything works, and its likely the only driver you'll have to mess with unless you install new hardware that windows cant automatically get a driver for. game settings can be set and forget.

Red Dead Redemption 2 on the Xbox One X is one of the most photorealistic games I have seen.
