It's absolutely unnatural. Humans are designed to be omnivores.
We can survive on limited diets when things aren't available, but eventually that begins to affect your health.
Flora and fauna are things we are meant to consume.
And vegans are extremists anyway.
It only matters to me when you get those ones who start shouting about how people who eat meat are evil for eating animals. Those are morons.
And so, that is my opinion, I guess? If an individual chooses such a diet for whatever reason, I accept it and I respect their choice. I've met plenty of nice vegans who weren't preachy or weird (or violent). The only terrible ones I've ever met have been stupid online teenagers who desperately want to show me graphic videos of terrible (and always American) factory farms and slaughterhouses, or really convincing graphs I've seen a million times over that flagrantly ignore how science works.
In conclusion, vegans exist.
How does someone else's beliefs affect you? Why should you care? Wouldn't you be a lot happier if you could just let go of judgements and expectations?
Forget all about "should", it serves no one and only makes you more miserable.
Speaking from a 100% natural perspective, the species ♥♥♥♥ Sapiens is an omnivorous animal. My opinion? I won't go against my own nature, therefore I'll stick to an omnivorous diet. Others aren't really my concern.
Just a thought I had.
I on the other hand will gladly eat meat.
Is it "better"? I'm not sure, tbh. Before I switched my diet to vegetarian, I ate a lot of meat; to the point where it was unhealthy. My switch to the vegetarian diet is what disciplined me enough to not eat meat. I've lost weight, ate more vegetables, and became more conscious of my diet. This is just my experience though- it's not for everyone.
Yes, vegan is cheaper if you buy and cook your own food. Meat will always be more expensive than beans and greens
