If she is around average weight for an American woman, the holder (if willing) also needs around 14 STR to do anything other than stagger around. Staggering around limits them to 5 feet of movement and denies them their Dexterity bonus to AC. This means the snake can sneak attack the holder if they aren't strong enough. Obviously, the snake has levels in Rogue, so this is going to be the case.

The girl also loses her Dexterity bonus to AC, and can too be sneak attacked, irrespective of holder willingness - so even if she is rejected, both can be sneak attacked. If either attempt to move, they will provoke attacks of opportunity.

So. Assuming both are unarmoured, this is a bad move. Seeing a snake and jumping into someone's arms, whether they like it or not, is just a great way to not only be easier to hit, but to get sneak attacked.

If I may clarify, she did not have to jump towards your friend... It is most likely that she was 'testing' him to see if he likes her.

Whenever a girl pays attention to you (almost literally 'at all') it is a sign that they are comfortable with you. They may not 'like' you of course, but something such as this, where she moves in your direction (jumping in your arms is a big sign) is usually indicative that she likes you and wants to see if you like her back.
