How to take these gif screenshots of personal steam artwork for deviantart?
I have been trying to figure out how these people take gif screenshots of their steam artwork and post them on deviantart but could not find it, i made my own artwork and would like to post it there but not sure how to take an animated screenshot just of the artwork and the steam background while on steam profile without anything else attached to it

From the look of things, it's not steam they're using, it's some external website.

Maybe you mean steam.design but there is no option to upload artwork there or anything, and some of the cases are not using that site either but still manage to record gif
