1,disc 13 plays music that ambient music when he first enters the cave,
Riddle bones shoots the player maybe hitting once. When the music lightens up the player finds the marker for the portal then boom the creeper forces him to jump and then walk and run, if you listen you can here the portal to the nether warm up and cool off listen to it and the end of disc 13, it doesn't play the heavy breath of the portal because it be to easy to solve.

Disc 11 plays the soundS of when he comes back from the nether itz hot dry and gos to the strong hold to go to the library to find the book that holds the crafting recepee for the eye of ender, he coughs to blow powder on the ender crystal and a flint and steel to warm up or power up the crystal you can here his releaf and a ender sound he then runs to the portal and jumps in, the dirt sounds are a trick to throw off players or the loading screen that you see when the world is loading.

Q:Why can't you find disc 11
A:It feel off the world or he dropped it in the space between spaces.

What ever is recording the sounds.
it's not natural none of it.
Maybe the end city is were this player lived?

i think the numbers in the spectogram of disc 11 is the missing disc 12 and disc 41
