friends low mic when im recording?

as title says, i can hear him fine at discord and everything but whenever i review the recordings my friends voices Become SOOO Low i can hardly hear them, my voice is fine though for a weird reason.

your friends mic is treated as pc audio while your voice is treated as a actual mic.

so if the settings for your pc audio are lower your friends becomes too.

solution differs per recording program.

In the sound option on Windows an in Recording tab you'll find an option to lower all other sounds when Windows detect a Microphone being used.

Windows put it on 80% or so. Turn it off and it should be fine.

But the confusing thing is it worked finely before, i will check my Recording settings and pc audio when i can

ive tried both things, deactivated that recording sound option and hes still low, my pc audio couldnt be higher too.
