It's better to contact streamers after release.
But I don't think it is so horrible to scare potential players away, only two grammar errors in game's description.
The same way try to play test your games to other people in similar types of groups... whether on Discord, Reddit or any other social media. That's the only way you can get enough data about your game. And as you said that it is a small indie game then I guess you will find enough people in Brackeys or any other similar group where people will be ready to assist you in testing your games.
It will be difficult to find people willing to play for free.
Or just ask questions a lot on forums, and hope people will do it freely. Put yourself out there.
Advertising is key, but that's not allowed afaik.
I am looking for simple-minded people who like sexy games.
