Recommend me a game where i can commit war crimes

Hello!

I enjoy sandbox games like Kenshi and Prison architect, for the sole express purpose of commit atrocities and watching people suffer and also breaking the game.

I enjoyed cities skylines and dawn of man but i prefer something where you can cause the death of innocent people and it doesent hinder your progress too much.

I have played 100s of obscure games so im hoping one of you will recommend a game i havent touched before.

I also like games like people playground.

Thank you and i know its really edgy but I like that kind of game.

Have you played Metal Gear Solid V? You can kill animals in that game. You can also kill friendly soldiers too, but there's a mod for that

Crusader Kings 2 - With a few mods, you can torture your prisoners, castrate the males and impregnate the womenfolk. You can also use the genocide mod to speed up culture shifts and quickly replace a region's dominant religion.

RimWorld - Again, with a few mods, you can do all kinds of horrible things to prisoners, as well as attack nearby settlements and plunder them for resources.

Spec Ops: The Line - Not in the same line of what you're looking for, as its a linear, story-driven 3rd person shooter, but there is a war crime you get to be responsible for ...

Those are the three that come to mind.

You can also play Fallout 3, you can kill friendly people, and civilians too. Just to warn you that Fallout 3 is buggy

MGSV was one of my fav games just cause i enjoyed killing people in creative ways

Played all three, and im looking for a game where i can do what i did in CK2 but animated which i why i liked Kenshi
