anime doesn't have any realism tied to it, honestly in most anime that have anything to do with fighting, the protagonist (and allies most of the time) always make it out despite being in scenarios that could kill them ten times over.

But nope, there was an out of nowhere resurrection which also gave Ichigo ridiculous power, and it lasted until he won, and it never appeared ever again. What's the reason for his power gain? Some girl who wouldn't ever shut up and is the worst damsel in distress I've ever seen.
