Free to play games similar to WarFace, that are Not Pay To Win

I'm looking for a free to play shooter similar to warface that is not pay to win.
started playing warface and found out the monitary system is not to my liking.

i want something where i can buy guns and attachments permanent.

i think csgo can be counted as pay 2 win. since csgo turned into free, they separate prime player and non-prime player

prime player will not face so much cheater
while non prime player will get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard by cheater

to win the game, free player must buy prime to have a fair game

You can earn Prime for Free btw. it doesn’t make it Pay to Win.
