is it safe to buy games from this site?

It's a grey-market reseller, meaning it is not legitimate. The keys that they sell may or may not have been acquired illegally, so use it only at your own risk.

And don't be surprised if one of your keys ends up getting revoked.

Here's a good example. It is against Microsoft terms of service for you to resell keys.

Yet how many Microsoft and windows products do you see on the front page.

you do what you want man you've already got it fixed in your head you're going to get some kind of super awesome deal.
