I know you have Coffeeshops to buy weed legal. All dutch smoke weed? Is it legal to smoke weed on the street? You can buy weed and take it back to your home?

we have some days from 9 till 13, and some from 8 till 16:50.

the schools can choose their own times. as long as they provide enough lesson hours for that study. so it varies a lot.

you can take a small amount for personal use. you can smoke on the street. and you can buy it at the coffee shop.

but this is because it's tollerated. it's not officially legal. so if you are gonna grow it you can get into trouble. especially if you produce and sell for others.

and no this isn't a good system. canada is actually passing us on the topic of weed.

but if we legalize it germany and belgium will get mad. because we're already exporting most of the stuff...

dutch people can smoke weed but i know very few people who tried and not a single one who does it regulary. you smell it often in cities though.
