they talk and talk, make lame corny jokes. just get to the point
who are they trying to entertain? 4 year olds? do they wana be the next pewdiepie?

I legitimately don't know how anyone could watch that guy. He's aggressively unfunny, has extremely fake reactions, zero insightful or witty commentary, repeats every phrase ten times, especially when he thinks it's funny or when he can't come up with something to say, and he always looks like he's about to start crying. It's such non-content.

It's such non-content. His entire style of commentary is just saying what he's doing or what's happening on the screen at the time. He's the streamer equivalent of this:

Lest we forget how Mike posted his ♥♥♥♥ on Twitter and then blocking people on Twitter and ban those on the official Cinemassacre subreddit when they question it. Oh and don’t even get me started when he censor constructive criticism on the subreddit and the YouTube comments section.

Meanwhile, James doesn’t seem to write the new episodes anymore and would only be enthusiastic about the game he reviews if it’s part of his childhood.

Jacksepticeye used to be funny and actually good, He had a great personality and made nice jokes, He has playlists that i Rewatch even nowadays like Happy wheels, The escapists, kindergarten, Night in the woods, Undertale, Papers please, Bendy and the ink machine, etc. But he has changed and is trying to imitate pewdiepie who isn't even funny in the first place. He is doing stupid videos like "Laugh" "Meme Time" And videos that don't make any sense and are meaningless. One time i tried to watch Pewdiepie to see what all the fuss about him was and guess what? His videos are 90% pointless commenting and 10% gameplay, Not even funny.
Markiplier,Pewdiepie,Jacksepticeye were all the big walkthrough youtubers and now they have switched to pointless commenting and talking.

I think i made my point.

Pretty much. James is completely out of touch with gaming these days. He still does some gaming content, but it's clear he isn't into it anymore. Modern games are completely alien to him. You can see the confusion on his face when he tries them, and he can't wait to stop playing or pass the controller off to someone else. It's like watching your grandpa play video games, and it's honestly kind of sad to see.

Same for Mike, except he occasionally tries streaming newer games and then gets snappy with the viewers because he gets confused about anything that isn't a 2D platformer. He's insanely slow, can't follow the game's instructions, has trouble with modern controls, can't play and talk at the same time and tries the dumbest stuff over and over for an hour and a half to progress when even a child could have figured out in under a minute.

I get that their focus is on old-school game consoles, but man, it's tough watching two guys who aren't even 40 struggle with newer games as if they were 80 years old, especially when you're used to seeing their old content, back when hey still cared.
