the best dragon age novel?

5 books collection set by david gaider( one of writer from video game) is priced at 49.99 amazon.
but i dont have that money. i want to one or two books while waiting for DA4.

Only the first three are written by David Gaider. Masked Empire and Last Flight are written by others.

All of them are pretty good, but I personally prefer The Stolen Throne and The Calling. Both occur before Origins, the former going into Maric and Loghain's friendship and the latter about the Grey Wardens being welcomed back into Ferelden.

EDIT:

I should note that if you're wanting something bridging Inquisition into DA4, you'll be wanting the more recent comics. Knight Errant and Deception show where we might be going for the next game.

i know nothing about these books but I recommend buying whichever one was written first
