Cant log into Toms Hardware

So I have a question about Hardware that needs to be answered soon. The Steam hardware forums are pretty much dead so I thought Id sign up of Toms Hardware. I can type out my thread and set a title, but as soon as I press "Ask the community", I get redirected to a plain grey site, saying "You last logged in using (my emain address)". Clicking on this address only causes the grey site to refresh.

Saying "This isnt my account" and logging in again brings me back to the forum page, but not logged in.

What do I need to do to log in and post a topic?
