They said it is but I doubt it.
Their tech support is outrageous, their moderates on the forums ban people with legit issues, there is a zero refund policy (people were unable to even install it and were told its their fault), i was banned on the forums for stating I had an issue with shoreline map crashing and not loading (a common error to alot) they locked my thread and linked a fix so i made another thread to state that fix doesnt work and both threads were deleted and i was banned for spam, innocent players have been banned for suspension of hacks but watching footage from both players a dysnc made one player look like he was speed hacking and he was banned no refund.... MASSIVE hacker issues too.... ugh the list goes on.
GREAT game.... ruined by over adding things to the game, lack of care about cheaters, and over zealous moderators.
Since they would have to honor a refund policy in some way Id doubt they would make it to steam. OOO and legal reasons. They never asked permission to use glock, sig, mysteryranch, HK, Trijicon, Surefire and a lot of other names and sig and glock spoke out about this.
-EDIT: I wrote this post back in July of 2019 and since someone necro'd it it has gotten A LOT better and they seem to have an actual PR team that took over for the forums and they no longer just ban people having issues.
Hackers are still a mixed bag though.
Still doubt they'll ever come to Steam for legal and quality reasons.
