I had Penny Racers fun game. I must buy it for my Nintendo 64 collection again. They had a second One released in only Japan. In Japan it is known as Choro Q I think.

I played that as well - a later iteration on PS2. Great game, had all the fun of Mariokart + open world and surprisingly great customisation. Good memories.
