I don't know the show well enough, but I always liked episodes where they have to deal with Earth stuff as well. For example, I remember the episode where the Prometheus was introduced (and stolen), and even the "budget episode" where that bad senator guy tried to get SG control to his guys, which almost worked, until Thor beamed in at the end (and also mimicked that Senator for comedic effect)

"Window of Oppertunity". Funny episode. O'Neil and Teal'C go through "Groundhog's Day" and actually learn to have fun with it.

Yeah pretty much. It's those ones where they take an extremely corny take on an already pretty corny show.

I always actually really rather enjoyed the meta episodes on SG-1 and Atlantis. Like the SGLA Episode "Brain Storm".
