Is what Cartman did to Scott Tenorman illegal?

So I am sure most of you know what I am talking about, in the episode of south park "Scott Tenorman must die" the question is simply...Did he actually break any laws regarding their death? (Minus the whole making them into chillie part...that part is probably illegal)

Probably desecration of the body. But they died by trespassing on a farmers land trying to steal his livestock so nothing illegal there. But I don't think you'd be allowed to take someone's dead parents and cut them up without the family's consent.

Right, I meant other than the obvious one. Regarding them actually dying is what I am wondering about.

Between the witness testimony of Scott and the farmer you can prove murder, turning them into chili just takes care of the beyond reasonable doubt stage. Creating a situation where someone dies isn't a problem any jurisdiction can't handle.

Besides that I don't think he commits actual crime. The farmer kills them from trespassing on the farm.

It'd be a major court case they might try to get him on being responsible for their death but they'd have a lot of things to prove, but with all the witnesses to cartman explanation and a jury, hed likely go to jail.

Like Charles Manson was never proved he actually murdered anyone, but he went to jail for manipulating people to murder for him.

This has already been done on Reddit. At any rate, Cartman clearly conspired to kill Scott's parents by informing the farmer there were pony killers in the area. That was very clearly his intent. Theft and desecration of a human body is a felony by itself. Making them into food and feeding it to their son would have been grounds for life in prison alone.

Furthermore, according to Colorado's trespass laws the shooter must have reason to believe that he or someone else would otherwise suffer serious bodily injury or death. The Tenormans were unarmed which means that Denkins could have been prosecuted for murder as well.

Good chance if you feed someones parents to someones kids they are not getting life in prison. The cop may just shoot them there.

Idon't think they would sweat the cannibalism and luring two people to their deaths.
