Do you recline, sit up or lean in when you play?
When you play games... do you recline, sit up or lean in?

What's your excuse/reason for how you play?

I almost bought a HOTAS (Hands Off Throttle And Stick) before I remembered that I'm a recliner and I don't really want to have to sit up. So I'm giving it a pass for now and I'm going to try with just mouse and k/b. I just don't want to give up that relaxed feeling you get when leaning way back. :)

If I’m intrigued by what I’m playing, sit up.

If I’m bored, sit back (is that what you mean by recline?)

I never lean in

I have a laptop. I lay on my side in my bed while snuggling with my puppies.

I sit up because I have too. My chair is broken so it makes me sit back too far and I cant reach my keyboard. I hate having my keyboard on my lap and my mouse isnt comfortable to the side.

I usually use a controller these days with the newer games so I have been sitting back more frequently but I get conserned about my posture.

Sit up because bending forward is bad for my back so I don’t get pains from playing on my gaming PC.

If I’m particularly lazy, I’ll pull out my laptop and play on my bed laying down.

depends on what game i'm playing
if it's some sort of action fps whatever then i'll tend to lean in without knowing. otherwise i just sit up

i start leaning in when im focusing really hard on bhopping
Lean in, and when I'm in a more relaxed part of the game I lean back.

I have a milk crate with a pillow on it under my desk. When I game, I recline to about 55 degrees and prop my feet up.

My tailbone goes numb after about an hour though, so I'll sit up for a bit then.

I'd call sitting back the same as reclining but you couldn't sit back or recline in a wooden chair (for example) versus an office chair that is hinged and tilts back. I use a decent sized office chair myself and I lean back at about 45° and never lean in. I used to lean in back in the days of Doom and Quake... but that changed along the lines somewhere.

Would love to have something to kick my feet up on but my room doesn't have the space. If I stick my legs out to far I end up kicking my router and modem around. :(

Sit up. I only lean in if i'm trying to read small text. Reclining is for when i'm reading a book.
I slouch. I have awful posture.

I slouch as well methinks. I never lean in.

Actually, I often sit with my legs crossed.

I'm a leaner baby so...

I sit up with my legs crossed a lot, or with just one leg crossed and without it falling down, I have a small 40w bass amp under my desktop so I often lay my foot on top of it while in this position, so half-crossed I guess? I sometimes lean-in thinking it will allow me to see better when something is very unclear, but I have to get unconditioned from this belief. Mostly, I sit up, but also because other poses wouldn't be too benefitial for me since I have a rather serious degree of scoliosis, it's impossible to tell unless you've got the X-rays but it's still there.

I lean/slouch in when i game.
I sit back when I watch shows or movies etc.
I sleep when I lay down.
