Maybe. You'll likely never be able to replicate the lighting though, since sweetfx, ENB, and Reshade can all trigger a VAC ban.

Team Fortress 2, to be completely honest, has a better overal design aesthetic than OVW. It's use of solid colors and a concise pallete, on top of really solid character design, make each class and weapon stand out while also making objectives look readable and using different shades for the UI altogether as to keep it from blending in. A lot of OVW's characters have similar body shapes and an inconsistent pallete across all characters, and its UI is made up of mostly blue and white, which are colors that you will see plenty of on most maps. If anything, there should be mods to make OVW look as legible as TF2, though Kaplan doesn't want his precious baby touched by modder hands.
