Low fps on csgo (70/80) While having a i7 7700k And rx 580 8gb
in the morning i was playing csgo with 300+ fps but now i am playing with 70/80 i really dont understand i did not change anything can someone help me? and i can play overwatch high settings 300 fps and battlefield 4 max settings 120+ fps i really dont understand

Perhaps you joined a server that was in a completely different region. Its somewhat hard to get good servers all the time. I guess it also depends on how well (or not) that matchmaking works.
Also yes, do ask in the CS:GO Forums where the pros reside.

For competitive CSGO it actually does matter, as it helps with reaction time.

He should check what server he was on, and then verify game cache.

Not all graphics cards preform the same, even if its the same kind and same brand it might be a lemon.

This isn't a GPU problem. CSGO is 100% CPU dependant, his GPU barely matters. It's likely his internet or the game itself.

If not, he should check his temps. They always seem to be the culprit for everyone on Steam for some reason...

The most CS:GO players do not even have a clue about refresh rates on their display screens...
I highly doubt that this guy has a 240 or even a 144hz screen.
