Best way to play Castlevania Dracula X/Rondo of Blood/Symphony of the Night series?

With as many different versions of the two-game series as there are fish in the ocean, it's rather difficult to know which version of Dracula X/Rondo of Blood, and Symphony of the Night to play.

Except for platform, they are pretty much identical. Just pick what is easiest for you and play it there.

I remember PSP had a version with Rondo + SOTN (unlockable after beating Rondo I think?). However, I think some things are different like SOTN there I think it added things from the Saturn version and it doesn't have the same voices from the PS1 version.
I've never played this PSP version though.

Forgot to note that version has both the original Rando of Blood, and the remastered version, along with Symphony of the Night in a single package. I know the voice acting was changed for Sympnoy of the Night, and if you don't care for the change they sell the classic version [store.playstation.com] that is also playable on PSP and PS Vita.
