Very fast download speed on utorrent and comparably less on steam why?fix?

So i have an 2Mbps unlimited plan but when i download from utorrent i get around 3-5MBps speed and when i opened task manager it showed me network utilization 31Mbps and disk usage 3-4Mbps while on steam i usually get only 250KBps speed and network utilization is fixed at 2.1Mbps and disk utilization is around 0.6Mbps. I think a few months before i was getting 1-2MBps speed on steam but why its slow now? I fixed some issues with disk utilization becoming 100% is it afftecting steam? Can i increase steam download speed like utorrent?

Probably get better internet? Check if theres any interfrnece in the router.

not being throttled by your ISP ? perhaps try setting up port forwarding in the router, sometimes when you update a client (Titaxi is the one i use ) the program doesn't work as well, rolling back to a prior version fixed it

2Mbps is 250KBps, so my guess is that the ISP has reconfigured its network to run Steam traffic at the max speed that you're paying for.

But why utorrent is running at 3.5MBps even overwatch downloaded at 1-3MBps

Utorrent has multiple seeds that are uploading to your computer while you upload to others, that might be the reason for increased download speed since I used to get a lot faster downloads on a 4mbps internet connection at my mothers house.
Steam on the other hand downloads at your actual download limit.

changing to Googles DNS seemed to help my speeds but then in Aust we have internet censorship

If the torrent is well seeded, you can potentially get faster speeds than via steam. But steam is consistent.
