Streets of Rage Remake V5.1! It's not a steam game, but is completely free. A fan game developed for 1 decade straight, throughout the Streets of Rage games, events, characters and setting. An excellent game, all in all, completely FREE, also. Each character has a different style/moves/grabs/combos/specials, drawing from a martial art and they even have funny references, even! It is an old, 2d/pseudo3d style, beat em up, all time classic. I can't recommend it enough to you! You have to play it! If you need some video to help you decide:

This is a run in hardest difficulty with the Wrestler type of player.

Flying Dragon was a fun game on the Nintendo 64. It is not on Steam sadly. I do not know good fighting games on Steam.

A pretty good Martial arts game that is also on the Nintendo 64 is Fighters Destiny.

Hey I remember playing that one with my brother! We are both martial artists and played this as young teens. Good game!

It is a pretty fun one. I could recommend a few N64 fighting games. I collect N64 games.

Fighting games are a personal taste and i generally think their all fun but for me virtua fighter 4 and 5 really stuck out. I also loved thr soul calibur series and one i had to hunt down from back in the day called Wu-Tang Shaolin Style on the PS1.
