Not sure about Saints Row 2, but I suppose that's true. Just wish the gangs would attack each other rather than just you, but there is a reason for that.
Dynasty Warriors Empires, definitely. I have the 8th one on Steam. Wish the others got ported. DWE 6 was my favorite!
If you want something easier, try to find a copy of Freelancer instead as its pretty much a downgrade of X3, but still follows the trope. It is also hard to find the game as it can only be bought as a hard copy.
OMG, I literally just bought the X3 collection a couple weeks ago. Also bought Starpoint Gemini Warlords, which has a similar faction territory aspect, but if X3 is similar, then Im really looking forward to it now :)
