Most Realistic sniper game?
Hey, I have have been looking around, and was wondering, What is the most realistic sniper game out there?
I really enjoy sniping, I have watched so many documentory's, and movies, and was wondering if there was a game that was really realistic, I have sniper ghost worrior 2 and SNiper elite 4, but I want games, that are a bit more realistic. (like in cod 4, when you play that one mission, and have to crawl inch by inch, and not get spotted, simular to that, maybe more realistic.) Or isnt there such a game?

It's not exclusively a sniper game, but Arma 3 is a pretty realistic military game.

So sniper ghost warrior and sniper elite don't cut it, but CoD does? No, you're looking for a nonexistent game.

Arma is supposed to be realistic, tho it's not limited to long range rifles.

I think sniper elite is about as realistic as it can get...
Going off of my library tho, Insurgency. Not a sniper based game but hey, still pretty realistic.

Only that one mission in the old COD.

Even so, it doesn't really count much. At that assassination bit, wasn't the target 300M away but bullet drop wasn't accounted for?

The begining part, when you had to crawl through that patrol,
If it had that part, Bf1 bullet drop, (or something like that) and a mix between S:Gw

Actually only the last part had any bullet drop and such. Because before that your sniper is a laser rifle with instant hit. The thing is though at that distance I do not think an Barrett 50 cal sniper rifle can be affected by the wind as much as it did in the game.

I wouldn't really call that mission good for a sniper game. Both Sniper Ghost warrior 1 and 2 and Sniper Elite does a better job at sniping than COD4 SP does.

I get that, I am talking about the first part of it, the crawling.

Arma 3 (as far as I am concerned) is a requirement for anyone who fancys themselves good a FPS games. That would be my litmus test to see someone play (i myself am not good at these games). However on Snipping specifically i think ghost worrior 2 and SNiper elite 4 are more accurate but I am not sure

crawling in Arma 3 is absolutely a thing. Highly suggest that game overall for military incursions its an amazing game and really serious about it. they dont 'F' around in that game
