Is Wikipedia hacked?

How do I flush on both?

Run CMD as administrator and type in the following commands:

ipconfig /release [ENTER]
ipconfig /renew [ENTER]
ipconfig /flushdns [ENTER]
netsh winsock reset all [ENTER]
netsh int ip reset all [ENTER]

Restart.

Access your router to flush its cache. Check the manual if you don't know how.
