I was about to react negatively to this but I do want to clarify the scope of this properly first: This appears to be about the Nintendo Creators Program[en-americas-support.nintendo.com], which is a program wherein Nintendo gives some advertising revenue from their videos to the video creators. It isn't an actual ban on posting gameplay videos themselves, right?

I feel like Square Enix is a pretty good company, also heard good things about Nihom Falcom. Take two interactive seems okay I mean they could be worse for sure, but I don't like how they gave up all the sports games to EA except basketball (and I can't decide which of those is better).

Square Enix is top notch.
Until you see the dark side of their PC ports...
