But why? We can get all those pokemon easily?

Diamond and Pearl were two of the worst pokemon games. Platnium version fixed SO much and made it pretty fun. And platnium was enjoyable, but what if like omega ruby/sapphire they base the remakes off diamond and pearl instead of platnium?

One reason platnium was so fun was the champion. And with gen 7 mechanics added to the remake she might get nerfed down. Her spirittomb of course is nerfed by now having a fairy weakness along with garchomp.

Doesn't bother me, all I need is that sweet, sweet nostalgia seeing a game I'm so familiar with being reimagined and redesigned with the new features.

Oras is the one modern gen I don't have or never played. Since my friend gave me deoxy from his copy and all legendaries are in ultra sun/moon I don't need it for anything.

Spoilers if you haven't beaten Ultra sun/moon. But he needs clutch affection to beat the legendary. And he's going to have clutch affection for the elite 4.

And imagine Gen 4 remake happens and all the challenge is gone because gen 7 affection carries on and becomes an auto gain. And like sun/moon they reduce every trainer to holding 1-2 pokemon max. And modern exp share so your party is always easily over leveled. As well as the X stat items staying +2 stats. They could also make like sun/moon people give you revives left and right.

Also Z moves and megas will be a thing and you'll probably be 1 of the only trainers with access to them. Giving you another mighty advantage.

Personally I'd like a remake of black and white. Because it was so terrible. Where they combine Black 1 and 2 into like Omega Black. And White 1 and 2 into like Dazzle White. And throw in Dream radar that was made only to work with black/white. Either add in other region pokemon because it was a boring reigion with all other reigions locked out. Or go the alolan forms route and like Oras offer new megas.

Gen 5 had some of the most boring pokemon I ever seen. Plus would wouldn't want to see megas like mega emboar, mega serviper, and maybe a mega could save oshawott from being a 100% forgetable water starter.


A gen 4 remake may very well becoming for switch eventually because primal dialga is a thing already I've heard. Is compeditive ready for primal giratina or mega arceus?

I doubt there will ever be a colosseum again. Now that theres going to only be 1 nintendo console going forward. But why would you need one with pokemon 2018 coming? It'll have graphics that good or better probably.
