About Phone
You are welcome to go do the work yourself you know. I'll just figure out for my little lonesome and keep it to myself. I never noticed the whole shared network issue as I run my phone through the guest network as I have no need to use the function.
Your options are pretty much...
1. Find out if your primary modem/router has a guest network and enable it. Connect phone to that.
2. If it doesn't, find out if it can support setting up a subnet. Connect phone to that.
3. If it can't, then drop 25 bones of so on a little travel router, plug it directly into the back of the modem, and create a subnet off that. Then you have your own quite little network where you won't have any worries. Connect Phone to that.
