How many extra buttons does your mouse have?

6. Two are for sensitivity, and I only use one other as a reload button in games, or for selecting different units.

15 in total, not including a shift button which effectively doubles all that. Most of the buttons are mapped to keyboard shortcuts for Firefox and Windows.

i mean i played with a cheap travel mouse for a while but having a decent mouse is just nice

7. Standard LMB, RMB and a scroll wheel. Also ''back'' and ''forward'' buttons on the left flank of the mouse which come in handy when browsing the internet, DPI adjust button with 4 modes and alt. LMB button which emulates 10 clicks per second while its pressed, very useful in multiplayer shooters.

LMB, RMB, MMB, two on top, tiltable mousewheel, 12 side buttons. (Razer Naga) When I played an MMO, I used all 12 side buttons, but now it's typically just the first six in non-MMO games if they support it. I find them useful for work stuff too. The downside is that I have gotten really used to this over the past seven or so years, so there aren't many mice to choose from.
