Is farting funny or immature?

When you hear farts, do you laugh? When you see it on TV, do you laugh? I do. Farts are funny. They smell bad, sound funny, and they come out of your behind. It's hilarious and I think people just love to hate on it and think it is immature but I think you shouldn't take them so seriously. What do you think?

Farting in and of itself is completely immature and never funny. Humiliation however is hilarious and when somebody farts in public, I reserve the right to laugh. Not at the fart, but at their humiliation and embarassment.

I suspect I may be a terrible person.
