Did you ever watch shows like "Game of Thrones" or similar? Only the most popular tv series in the USA and the series has full frontal nudity and sex nearly every episode.
And its most definitely a tv show.

Also american TV may censor nudity, TV around here (Germany) most definitely does not.
Hell, we have afternoon commercials for butter with naked ladies jumping into a lake and full frontal nudity.
Nudity and sex are just no big deal in TV around here. Violence on the other hand....

There really isn't all that much competition since the only anime I've watched is One Punch Man, Danganronpa, and Part 1 of JoJo.

even ECCHI series like to love-ru and highschool dxd aren't as bad as GoT, but people stereotype anime as porn cause of ecchi which censors most if not all its nudity, unlike a lot of modern tv shows
