Has anyone actually gone through One Punch Man's work out routine?
If you don't know what it is, here's his routine.

"100 Push-Ups
100 Sit-Ups
100 Squats
10KM Running (that’s 6.2 miles)
Repeat 7 days a week. That’s it!"

Also, is it physically possible to do this and will you One Punch everything and go bald when doing this workout routine?

It's physically possible, sure. The true problem is is whether or not you're able to keep your mind into it long enough to meet the demand. However, "one punching" everything probably isn't possible (unless you mean to punch everything one time normally then sure, go ahead.) Baldness could be an unexpected side effect.

You will deteriorate your muscles since they won't be able to repair with you working out everyday.

Cut the distance of the run to 2 miles and that's pretty much just daily morning PT in the US military.

edit: Actually I think its been cut / altered in recent years.

I usually do it casually except for the pushup part, with my operated hands I can't effectively lift myself up more than 20 times.
Also for the situps part, I would probably multiply 100 by uh... 2 ? 4 ? 5 ?

It really depends with fitness level and habits. A regular person will feel strained, a power athlete will feel good and a smoker might die in the process.

Sounds like a billy mays comercial work out.........

I dont need to do that, dont even need to work out. Pyscician asked me hey well uhh when you work out, after checking body and health was perfect. I laughed, I said I dont need to, he was amazed even my lungs are not very healthy how I looked. I said, former workout includes years of Karate- Do current lack of work out is occasional "bed fun" if my dumb ass gets lucky ;)

He was laughing

Don't start working out by doing this. If you do, you're gonna have a bad time.

How do you get enough stamina to run for 10km without any break or slowing down ? :VSnake:
