Sore throat and cheese omelette?
Will eating a cheese omelette make my sore throat worse?

It might. Green tea and honey is always good for a sore throat however.

Omeletts are pretty soft but als oa bit rough but i dont think it will hurt you

Probably not, although if you have any congestion the dairy will exacerbate that.

Soft foods tend to be easiest on a sore throat I think, so no.

Maybe some vitamin c as well, that'd help.
