The germans developed supertech?
Japan developes anti-nuke lasers?
The assassination on the Austrian dude never suceeds and creates a huge cold war in Europe which stop the nazis from ever taking hold?
South America, new zealand, Kazakhstan, dubai and Australia all declare war on America and takes them over and controls them with a joined government cos america was already fighting both germans and asians on separate fronts

Honestly with some imagination and enough planning you could make vurtually any alternate story stick, or at least turn it into an entertaining anime

Does Hellsing count? I mean the setting is the 90's, but the story's origins are set in WWII, the villain's are WWII Nazi vampire, and the last 4 episodes are Nazi's taking a second shot at the war.
